Angela Vale-Feigl has dedicated her career to help transform people and organizations. She has 20+ years of experience in leveraging gamification and learning technologies to design and successfully implement skill development, organizational transformation, change management, and similar highly impactful learning initiatives.
Her work and main focus is changing the way organizations learn, through enhancing learning effectiveness, achieving sustainable behavior change, and creating training and development initiatives with measurable (business) impact. Her training focus is performance and change management, digital transformation, as well as empathy, emotional intelligence, and high-performing teams.
She holds an MBA from WU Wien and a DEA from Paris Dauphine.
